MEETING PLANNER EXPERIENCES: Testimonials from Grand Velas Resort & SPA Riviera Nayarit

The Grand Velas Resort & SPA Riviera Nayarit is one of the areas most luxurious all-inclusive resorts with 25,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor event spaces. See what meeting planners and participants have said about the resort:

“I just wanted to thank everyone I can for making the KFWB, CBS Radio trip an unbelievable experience!  The attention to detail from both the Grand Velas and Tukari was a work of art!  I had many of the attendees tell me that they want to go back down and stay at the Grand Velas on their own they loved it so much.  The private events you did for us at the pool and beach were incredible.  Every detail was cared for and thought of.  I wish every resort I brought groups to had the service and staff that you do at Grand Velas.  Simply amazing!

If I can ever be of help to sway a future client or help in any way to promote Puerto Vallarta and the Grand Velas, please let me know.  I have nothing but praise for your operation and how you treat your guests.  BRAVO and Muchas Gracias!!!”

-   Sherrie Chelini, Vice President of Incentives Division of Par Avion Meetings and Conventions –

“I just wanted to thank you again for the wonderful hospitality shown to our group during our 6th Annual Conference of Champions a few weeks ago. The staff was such a pleasure to work with and it was great to see so many familiar faces still working there. I guess that’s why we keep deciding to return to your resort year after year – I can’t believe this was our fifth time!

I think this year was especially appreciated because the winter has been so harsh back here in the States – people really enjoyed walking for miles along the beach with not a worry in the world – everyone felt very safe and right at home. They also liked the convenience of a short taxi ride in to down town Puerto Vallarta to enjoy a more local experience, wandering along the Malecon and shopping for hours – knowing it was only a short bike ride back to the Resort.

Now it’s back to reality – we’re all back hard at work (and most us in snowy climates) wishing we could be there to soak up one more day of sunshine at your fabulous resort.

I hope to see you again next year – we are working on it!”

-   Brenda L. Brown, Conference of Champions Manager, Cambium Learning Group –

“Everyone, including our CEO, was quite impressed by you hotel; so much that many are considering bringing their families to celebrate upcoming holidays. Above all, though, it was your staff that everyone noticed. They made us feel so very welcome and like family.”
